Raspberry Peach Smoothie

This raspberry peach smoothie is the perfect tasty beverage to help kick start your day with a healthy breakfast or refuel after an intense workout. Pour it into a mug for an on-the-go meal replacement or sip it while you relax at home; either way it’ll hit the spot!


Raspberry Peach Smoothie | Level: Easy | Serves: 1


1 Peach, Sliced

1/2 Cup Raspberries

200 ML Milk (Or your preferred substitute such as coconut water or almond milk)

1/4 Cup Yogurt



Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. It’s as simple as that! Pour it into your favourite smoothie cup and sip with a straw. Enjoy it for breakfast or as an excellent post-workout snack!


Tip: You can skip the ice and use frozen fruit instead of fresh if you prefer! You can also add a scoop of ice cream instead of yogurt if you crave that extra creaminess.
